Property Accessibility
Our entire property is accessible via sidewalk, brick or paver slabs with several slight areas ramped up and down. Due to the nature of our historic buildings and the architecture, all buildings have four steps up, all with handrails. (Our accessible room has an additional ramped entry and an additional porch.)
Our room doors are 36” wide with key or handle entry, no key cards. Our reserved parking space is 8’ wide and is accessible for a wheelchair or scoot access to our property. It is located closest to our accessible room for convenience. Only Accessible Courtyard 15 is fully fitted with multiple grab bars in bathroom and shower. Our entire property is accessible with no overhead low hanging features. Our fire alarms have sirens, lights and flash when activated. We have 10 rooms that are accessed via stairs. The remaining rooms are ground floor with 4 steps to the porches. The pool is equipped with pool lift accessible dawn to dusk.
