 Room
rates are subject to a sales tax of 12.5% and
include breakfast. Rates are based on
single or double occupancy and are subject to change
without notice. Higher rates apply during special
events, peak seasons and holidays. Pets and children
under 16 are not allowed. Minimum stays apply to
holidays and weekends. Historic Rooms and Tree Top
have a queen size bed and full baths. All other
rooms have a King bed with marble baths and Jacuzzi
tubs. All rooms have air conditioning, a flat screen
hi def TV, Fanimation ceiling fans, spa robes,
refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, CD/radio
clock, safe, and natural healthy bath amenities.
Master suite includes living room, 2nd bathroom,
water closet with bidet, his and her closets, and
in-room Sauna.
If you have a vehicle, we
offer on site parking at $20.00 per night per space.
The Gardens Hotel does not guarantee a space
on our lots.
A deposit of one night's
rate is required to confirm your reservation. Any
stay beyond four nights, requires a two night
deposit. Cancellation and shortened stays require at
least 30 days notice and in any case a processing
fee of $50 will apply. We strongly encourage vacation rental insurance of your choice.
The insurance will protect you from losing your
deposit if you need to cancel at any time for any
reason. Check in time is 3:00 p.m.; check out time
is 11:00 a.m. We accept MasterCard, Visa and
American Express.
Due to our small size,
cancellations and changes made to arrivals and
departure dates affect us significantly. Therefore,
we adhere to a strict policy. We require a 30 day
prior notice on changes or cancellations, including
early departures. Cancellations are issued less a
$50.00 processing fee. Within 30 days of your
arrival date the deposit is non-refundable. We
advise vacation rental insurance.
